Had the double room and it was fairly quiet with breakfast. The pool area was heated and the location was unbeatable and amazing, really close to the outlets and also other shopping on the other side, Several restaurants, including MacDonalds, Outback and Fords Garage and Universal Disney parks.

Its location was stunning, in walking distance as well as a shopping plaza. And near the outlets and Several restaurants and Universal Disney parks. Exceptionally comfortable beds, satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe in the room.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile when they found my husband's forgotten phone and offered to ship it back to us. Breakfast was another highlight. Their sweet rolls were good! A minor downside was the slow check-in process, which could improve during peak times.

Had a blast with friends! We hit up Universal's Islands of Adventure for The Grinchmas(TM) and spent a relaxing day in Winter Park exploring shops. The hotel was perfect for our stay, with spacious rooms and a nice pool area to chill out after our adventures. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!
The only downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. It was a bit frustrating after a long drive to finally get settled in.
